Easy Black Bean Burger

I love a good burger! Never would have thought I'd be at home, making a simple, delicious, homemade, vegetarian, gluten free, almost vegan friendly version. Best part? It's only 4 ingredients.

Great burger if you're vegan or gluten free. Substitute any cheeses or breads to suit your dietary needs. Great flavor and quite satisfying! Psst, quick secret: for added protein try hummus in place of mayo for a spread.
