Last Days Of Summer: All Cropped Out?

Welcome! Goodbye summer, hello fall. One last hooray for this summer's staple: the crop top.

I'm a summer baby can't you tell! I love throwing on easy pieces that take you from drab to fab in minutes and the crop top this summer has been one of those game changing pieces.

For this look I wanted to keep things in the neutral color scheme with hints of tan, cognac, and off white. The cobalt skater skirt is flowy, short, and fun for summer. Pulling the skirt up just above the hips lets it sit on the smallest part of your stomach, showing just a glimpse of skin.

Depending of where you live, crop tops are a great way to transition your summer wardrobe into the fall. Long sleeved or knit crop tops are perfect transition pieces paired with high waisted shorts and leggings. What do you do with a crop top like I'm wearing? Layer it up. Add a fitted blazer or light vest like I've done here. If you're going for a different look try a light weight kimono or cardigan.

I hope the summer treated you as well as it did me! Be fashionable, showcase your personality, and don't forget to smile and have a little fun. I'm ready for fall what about you? When it comes to fashion, how do you transition from summer to fall?
